Only one option can be selected. You must follow the program outlined in the Handbook and Guide for Undergraduate students and can not combine it with any other program/option requirements. -
Research Project Information Form.pdf
Please complete this form if you are registered or are registering for an independent research project in the Chemical Engineering Department. This form does not officially register you for the course. College of Engineering General Petition.pdf
This form must be used for requests dealing with the general education and admission-to-major requirements. All requests that pertain to general education requirements must be submitted before the beginning of a student's graduation semester. A department may also use the form for requests dealing with major requirements.
